Scan4Call Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of QR Sticker S-Tags and related services through the Scan4Call platform. By purchasing a Sticker, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund on Sticker Purchase

  • 1.1 All Sticker purchases are non-refundable once the Sticker has been delivered or activated.
  • 1.2 Refunds will not be provided for Stickers that have expired, been used, or installed on a vehicle.

2. Defective or Damaged Stickers

  • 2.1 If a Sticker is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, Scan4Call may offer a replacement Sticker at no additional cost.
  • 2.2 To request a replacement, Users must contact Scan4Call support within 7 days of receiving the Sticker.

3. App-Related Issues

  • 3.1 Scan4Call will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the App functions properly.
  • 3.2 Refunds will not be provided for issues related to:
    • User errors in entering data
    • Device compatibility
    • Expired Stickers or services

4. Expired Stickers

  • 4.1 Each Sticker is valid for a limited period from the date of purchase. Users are responsible for renewing Stickers to maintain service.
  • 4.2 Refunds will not be provided for expired Stickers.
