Welcome to Scan4Call. By purchasing and using our QR Sticker S-Tag (“Sticker”) and the associated mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Sticker” refers to the QR code sticker purchased through Scan4Call.
1.2 “User” means any individual who purchases or uses a Sticker and/or the App.
1.3 “App” means the Scan4Call mobile application used to manage Stickers and facilitate contact between users.

2. Purchase and Use

2.1 Users may purchase one or more Stickers.
2.2 Stickers must be installed on the User’s vehicle (car, bike, or other approved vehicle) as intended.
2.3 Users acknowledge that Stickers are for personal or authorized vehicle use only.

3. Data Entry and Updates

3.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information through the App.
3.2 Users may update or modify their information at any time using the App to ensure accuracy.

4. Emergency Contact Feature

4.1 When a Sticker is scanned, the App allows the parties to connect without revealing personal phone numbers.
4.2 The feature is intended solely for emergencies or urgent vehicle-related situations.
4.3 Scan4Call employs anti-spam measures. Misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Sticker Validity

5.1 Each Sticker is valid for a limited period from the date of purchase, after which the App may no longer facilitate connections. Users are responsible for renewing or purchasing new Stickers to maintain functionality.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Scan4Call respects your privacy. Personal data entered into the App will only be shared through controlled emergency contact processes.
6.2 Scan4Call is not responsible for any information shared outside the App by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Scan4Call provides the Sticker and App as a facilitation service and does not guarantee responses from other users.
7.2 Scan4Call is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Stickers or the App.

8. Termination

8.1 Scan4Call reserves the right to suspend or terminate Sticker services in case of misuse, spam, or violation of these Terms.
8.2 Users may terminate their use by discontinuing App usage and not renewing their Stickers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

10. Modifications to Terms

Scan4Call may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App and Stickers after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
